How long does shipping take?
We source our shades from a number of high quality distribution partners and orders are shipped directly from them. This means shipping times can vary. Shipping can take approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on where you're located in the world.
Where do I enter my coupon code?
If you don't see the box, avoid express/registered checkout. Click to checkout as a guest and enter in your credit card and billing/shipping addresses manually. You'll see the coupon code textbox on the right side of your screen.
How do I track my order?
Depending on your country, you should get an email with tracking info once your product enters your country. This can take up to 3 weeks depending on where you're at in the world.
My order never came. What should I do?
If you've been waiting for over four weeks and haven't received any tracking updates, please submit a ticket with our help desk and we'll get you taken care of.
Who pays for Customs Duty and VAT
The cost of individual Customs Duties / VAT for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you process exchange requests?
Unfortunately not. Due to having relationships with multiple distributors, processing exchanges would be too difficult to manage for our humble team. We do however offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.
My product was damaged in transit. Can I get a replacement?
Yes! If your product was damaged, please reach out to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please send your order number and a picture of the damaged product, and we will go ahead and ship another out to you (so long as we have that item in stock).
How do I become an ambassador?
We are currently not taking any more applications. If you buy one of our products, take a pic, and tag @abellaeyewear, we may reach out to you!
How does being an ambassador work?
Being an ambassador means you get the biggest discounts, hear about products first, get access to contests, notifications about events and photoshoots that we host in cities near you, etc. If you get accepted, you'll receive email notifications about new opportunities every week.
I'm unhappy with my product, can I get a refund?
If you've received one of our products, and are unhappy for any reason, we allow for a 14 day grace period and will refund your order with no questions asked. The only catch is that we ask you not to order from our store again in order to prevent abuse of this policy. Under no circumstances will we refund a customer for more than one order.
How long do refunds take to show up in my bank statements?
It normally takes about a week from the time you get the refund confirmation email, to the time it shows up in your bank statements. This largely depends on your specific bank.
* We are unable to process refunds for users who were accepted into our brand ambassador program and received their order in order to prevent abuse of our policies.
Do ambassadors get sales commissions?
We have recently rolled out the means to do this. Ambassadors may create an account here to create a coupon code and arrange their payment profile to be paid commissions.
How do I get featured on the Instagram page?
You must tag us in a high-quality photo of you wearing our product. We get a lot of submissions and generally only post once per day, so we can only choose so many. Follow these guidelines for the best chance at being features:
- Take the photo outside and on a sunny day
- Avoid bad reflections in your glasses
- Avoid snapchat filters such as dog ears
- Have another person take the photo
- Refer to other photos we post and try to replicate their style
