Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy


It typically takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.  Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Orders will be placed on hold and we will reach out to you with the email you used to place your order if we are unable to to verify the address or if a PO Box has been listed as the delivery address.  

Delivery times vary depending on which country you’re ordering from.  Average shipping time is 2-7 days within the USA.  



If you are not happy with your Abella Eyewear purchase, you may easily return your order within 30 days of delivery.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and  in its original packaging. Returns will be processed within 3-6 weeks of receiving them.

Before you return your item(s), here's a few reminders.

  • Only items delivered in the last 30 days are eligible for returns. 
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be unworn (we know you will need to try them on, that is okay of course!)


  • Please contact to begin the return process.  Depending on where your order was fulfilled from, we will provide you with instructions on how to return.
    • Returns to Jacksonville, FL 
      • Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping to return the item.
      • $5 restocking fee will be removed from your refund
      • For your safety, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    • Returns to Louisville, KY
      • Abella will provided you with a return shipping label 
      • $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be removed from your refund.



Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, along with details of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will automatically be applied to your original payment method.  Processing time is typically 5-7 business days.



  • Subscription items (i.e. Abella Sunglass Sorority) are NOT eligible for return as we can not ensure which sunglasses will be in future subscriptions and do not want to create ongoing exchange issues. 
  • Sale items
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO Abella Eyewear until you’ve received instructions from our customer service team.  Each warehouse has different return processes and returning your product to the incorrect fulfillment center will result in the product being discarded.

The Sunglass Sorority is a monthly subscription.  This is a reoccurring subscription fee that is processed each month.  Once a monthly fee is processed, your sunglasses will be shipped and tracking details will be emailed to you.  Once a payment has been processed, the order is finalized.  You may cancel your subscription at any time.  Please contact and we will assist you with your cancellation for future months. 

Please note: we are unable to refund subscription charges or reverse subscriptions that have already been processed or shipped).


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with a photo of the defective or damaged product and we will process a replacement of the same item.  Please contact and we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.



We offer lifetime warranty to cover manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover scratches, stretching of the frames due to wearing them on top of your head or other misuse, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect.
